York's Only Real Estate Investing Group - Next Meeting
The group meets the 2nd Thurday of each month at 7 PM at 845 Edgewood Road. The meeting are FREE to attend and open to anyone.
The next meeting is Thursday February 10th at 7 PM. Our speaker is Marc Roberts Attorney at Law discussing real estate investing issues.
Marc graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, J.D., 1981. He has been in private practice of law since 1981 - with an emphasis in real estate representing home buyers, rehab investors, and land developers. He has been a title insurance agent since 1987. From 1987 to 1994 he was part time Assistant District Attorney. From 1989 to 2000 he was solicitor to the Register of Wills.
Abe Kahn says "he is one of the best real estate attorneys in York."
Possible topics to include:
- Acquiring distressed property.
- Landlord/tenant issues
- How to avoid the pitfalls of investment property ownership.
- How choose an attorney or title company wisely.
- Bring your real estate related questions.
The meetings are free and open to anyone.
